Evolve Talent are seeking two experienced Site Foremen to join a reputable residential builder delivering high-end projects valued up to $5M across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
- Finishing Foreman (Joinery background preferred)
- Structural / General Foreman (Carpentry background)
Finishing Foreman (Joinery)
Focused on the final stages of projects, ensuring a high-quality finish and smooth handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all finishing trades and final stages of construction
- Ensure quality control, defect management, and client handovers
- Coordinate trades to meet programme deadlines
- Deliver high-end finishes to specification
- On-site presence: 70% off the tools / 30% hands-on
Structural / General Foreman (Carpentry)
Responsible for managing the main build programme from structure through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations from structure onwards
- Coordinate trades and manage programme delivery
- Maintain productivity, safety, and site organisation
- Liaise with Project Manager and subcontractors
- On-site presence: 70% off the tools / 30% hands-on
Requirements (Both Roles)
- Trade background in Carpentry or Joinery (depending on role)
- 3–4 years’ experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in residential construction
- Proven ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience delivering high-end residential projects
